1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of rcodez.com. By browsing the site, sending us a message or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

rCodez is a software development company based in Accra, Ghana, building web and mobile products for our own portfolio and for clients. You can reach us at support@rcodez.com.

3. Using the website

You're welcome to browse the site, read our content and contact us about your project. You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site or its infrastructure;
• probe or test the site's security without our written permission;
• use automated tools to scrape the site at scale;
• submit unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through the contact form;
• impersonate another person or organisation when contacting us.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, imagery and branding on this site belong to rCodez unless stated otherwise. Client project names, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio appear with their owners' permission and remain their property. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of it beyond normal browsing.

5. Contact form submissions

Please provide accurate contact details so we can respond. Don't send confidential or proprietary information through the form — until we've signed an agreement with you (such as an NDA), anything you send is treated as a general business enquiry.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts used in breach of these terms.

7. Links to other sites

Our portfolio links to products and client websites that operate independently of us. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices — check their own terms and policies when you visit them.

8. Service engagements

Descriptions of services, process and pricing signals on this site are informational — they are an invitation to talk, not a contractual offer. Actual project work is governed by the written agreement we sign together, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

10. Limitation of liability
